General Terms and Conditions for Members of the GBR Group

1. Introduction

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership and participation of customers (“Members”) in the GBR Group, a company offering an online personal finance course and an associated community (“Service”).

1.2 By purchasing the personal finance course and becoming a Member, the Member agrees to comply with these Terms. If the Member does not agree with any of the provisions herein, they should not proceed with the membership.

1.3 For the purposes of these Terms, “Member” refers to any person who purchases the GBR Group’s online personal finance course and benefits from the associated community.

2. Membership and Payments

2.1 Membership in the GBR Group is obtained by purchasing the online personal finance course for €1,997.

2.2 To maintain active Member status, a monthly fee of €99 must be paid. If the Member fails to pay the monthly fee, they will lose access to all GBR Group services, including the course.

2.3 The initial payment of €1,997 must be made at the time of registration. Subsequent monthly fees will be charged automatically using the payment method provided by the Member at registration.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1 By becoming a Member, you will gain access to the online personal finance course and the following additional benefits:

a) Access to weekly Zoom calls.

b) Special pricing for training sessions and events.

c) Ongoing support from other members of the community.

d) Access to exclusive resources and materials provided by the GBR Group (e.g., back office).

3.2 The GBR Group reserves the right to introduce new benefits, as well as update or remove existing benefits, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be notified to Members with reasonable advance notice.

3.3 The GBR Group is committed to creating and maintaining conditions that make Members’ experiences valuable and beneficial.

4. Member Obligations

4.1 Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and promptly communicate any changes to their contact details.

4.2 Members must comply with all rules and policies established by the GBR Group, including respecting other community members and refraining from sharing exclusive materials without authorization.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1 A Member may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the GBR Group. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current payment period.

5.2 The GBR Group reserves the right to terminate a Member’s membership without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or behavior harmful to the community.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, Members have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day following the contract’s conclusion, without the need to provide a reason and without incurring additional costs.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Member must communicate their decision to the GBR Group through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). Using the withdrawal form template is optional.

6.3 If the Member exercises the right of withdrawal, the GBR Group will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered by the GBR Group), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date the GBR Group is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The GBR Group is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of the provided services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Data Protection

8.1 The GBR Group is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of Members, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. The data collected will be used exclusively for membership administration and to improve the services offered.

8.2 Members consent to the storage and processing of their personal data by the GBR Group for the purposes mentioned above.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1 The GBR Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to Members with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.

9.2 Continued use of the services after notification of changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding its conflict of laws provisions.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11. Final Provisions

11.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.2 Failure or delay by the GBR Group in exercising any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
